Order dates, times and despatch information

Please note our Factory Sales office is open Monday - Friday (closing during UK holidays). Orders received will typically be processed the following working day, although some may require stock to be brought from our other warehouses.

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days, shipping on a 48h delivery service. Most UK customers receive their order within 3-5 working days.

E.g.

An order placed on Friday afternoon will be actioned on the following Monday. If stock is required to fulfil, this will be delivered to us Tuesday, allowing the order to despatch Tuesday or Wednesday for delivery on Friday.

As of 2021, some couriers are still experiencing high workload and as such there may be slightly longer delivery times. We endeavour to keep you up-to-date once your order is prepared and shipped, and the courier's tracking information should give you a better idea of arrival dates/times.
